Our consulting and coaching services engages clients in a five step process:

Step 1: Collaboratively establishing with the client a set of clear goals and objectives

Step 2: Collaboratively developing a plan for the consulting / coaching experience (timelines, expectations, and success criteria)

Step 3: Developing an action plan based on established goals and objectives

Step 4: Implementing actions outlined in the plan

Step 5: Reviewing progress and adjusting the objectives and action plan
