Our consulting and coaching services engages clients in a five step process:

  1. Collaboratively establishing with the client a set of clear goals and objectives
  2. Collaboratively developing a plan for the consulting / coaching experience (timelines, expectations, and success criteria)
  3. Developing an action plan based on established goals and objectives
  4. Implementing actions outlined in the plan
  5. Reviewing progress and adjusting the objectives and action plan
